Shipping Availability

BlendedCanna ships CBD products to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Due to state regulations, THCA and Delta-8 products have additional shipping restrictions (listed below). Customers are responsible for reviewing their state’s current laws before purchasing any hemp-derived THC products.

THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:

Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

Delta-8 Shipping Restrictions

Delta-8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:

Arkansas (AR), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Georgia (GA), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Indiana (IN), Iowa (IA), Kansas (KS), Massachusetts (MA), Mississippi (MS), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Hampshire (NH), New York (NY), North Dakota (ND), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), South Carolina (SC), Utah (UT), Virginia (VA), Vermont (VT), Washington (WA), and West Virginia (WV).

If you place an order for a restricted product to one of these states, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing Times

In accordance with California Business & Professions Code §17538, orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you by email. You may choose to accept the revised shipping timeline or cancel your order for a full refund before it ships.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Carriers may require 24–48 hours to scan and update tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary.
Shipping carriers do not guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays may occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or seasonal volume.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for orders delayed by the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure timely fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at info@blendedcanna.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.
After 30 minutes, we are unable to update the address and are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Unclaimed, Returned, or Refused Orders

BlendedCanna is not responsible for orders that are unclaimed, refused, or returned to sender due to customer action.

These orders are not eligible for a refund unless the carrier successfully returns the package to us.
If the package is returned and arrives in undamaged, unopened, original condition, we may—at our discretion—issue a refund to the original payment method, minus:

Original shipping fees
Any return shipping or carrier charges incurred

Tracking Assistance

For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking details, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Reporting Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@blendedcanna.com.

Your damage claim must include:

A detailed description of the damage
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 2 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with BlendedCanna, you confirm that:

The products you purchase are legal in your state,
You are of legal age to purchase hemp products, and
You accept full responsibility for compliance with your local laws.

BlendedCanna may cancel and refund any order if it appears that a product is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
